brah thats awesome ive heard theyre decent pens. i love the demonstrator lamy pen, it looks like it would be a good looking pen for drawing. Also as a tip, you can use a blunt syringe to refill the cartridge/converters with fp ink

i had to let it sit and just accept the fact that castlevania has always had a running theme of adopting gameplay mechanics from other popular genres. sotn/cotm adopted metroid. the ps2 games adopted hack n slash. belmonts curse is adopting soulsvania from what it seems....

also why is the first boss hard as fuck why is it already giving typical indie metroidvania difficulty

sphinx @bimbophoenix.bsky.social · 02/10/2026

granted thats just how igarashis games are. i realized that he did made up a good generation of cv games before leaving. im sure theyre trying to move on from his formula, but im literally playing hollow knight. guys come on

im not surprised because i already knew it was gonna be different, but ermmm. i see way more inspiration pulling from indie metroidvanias over the years rather than feeling like im playing a castlevania game. thats what im disappointed about. so far...so far!! its just the demo after all...>_>
