Always a great day when I see new content from one of the hottest men on this platform. Sir - this boy would go to great lengths to serve you in the manner that this boy is doing here.

And just in case if people are wondering, yes, that is Michael J. Fox/Marty McFly in the middle pic.

By special request, here is another pic of ultra-beardy me from 2021.

These were also in my monthly box of new comics which came in yesterday. Archie recently released a facsimile reprint of Laugh #166 from 1965, which featured Betty & Veronica listening to The Beatles on the cover. Since I already own a copy of that comic I opted instead for these two variant covers.

My monthly box of new comics came in yesterday. Been a long time since Legion of Super-Heroes books were in one of them.

Big back issue score! Not exactly a grail issue but also not one that is very easy to find these days. Could not pass it up for the price. (And now I just need six more issues of original Marvel run at this point.)

Starting up small with weights again. But I’m starting.

@foeclan.bsky.social - The @comicbookbears.bsky.social is a podcast I founded and have co-hosted for 14 years. @bearcaveofterror.bsky.social is a spin-off podcast my co-host Steve hosts that is all about horror films.

Rob and I joined the “rich man”’s gym in town. LOL - spending too much money to not get results this time!

Some of my CD pickups from Princeton Record Exchange yesterday. The funny thing is, if you described my general taste in music as equal parts McCartney and Wire, that probably would not be too far off the mark.

You were one of a kind, Dolly, and this world will be a darker place without you. Thank you for the music, for your good works and for always making us smile. Rest well.

Pick-ups from a record store earlier in the day: 1) It has only taken me 43 years to get a vinyl copy of this Jam compilation. (Have had the CD version for ages.) 2) I love the mere notion of new wave on 8-Track. 3) This documentary chronicles The Hip’s farewell tour. (You are missed, Gord.)

Why are you gay? (#8) This guy from the music video for “Vienna” by Ultravox. [His name was Michael Baldwin. Article on him in the first comment.]

Had a couple of messages asking what “pulling-or-parting” hair length meant, from my last post. Well

Got the outdoor time in before it got too hot this afternoon. Hair is back to pulling-or-parting length too.

Woke up way too late to feasibly make the trek to Asbury today so having to make do with pool time here. Nice and quiet and relaxing but I wouldn’t have minded being surrounded by bears in the water either.
