😢 get some more rest. That's all you can do at the moment. Your skills will come back to you.

Read new series or reread your favorites. Same goes for TV shows and films.

I keep forgetting that Boba Fett has flamethrowers in his wrist gauntlets. But to be fair, it's been a while since I watched Star Wars. Rickie Yagawa shows how awesome Boba Fett is in this cover. The same goes for the Mandalorian.

Just saw Mayhem the other day. I can watch it every month & not get bored of it.

Billy Muggelberg @billywrites.bsky.social · 04/05/2026

I've seen bits of it. I haven't finished it yet. It's hilarious 😆

Game of Thrones and the new Star Wars trilogy

Billy Muggelberg @billywrites.bsky.social · 28/04/2026

I tried. It's not bad. I personally wouldn't get it again.

Billy Muggelberg @billywrites.bsky.social · 16/04/2026

It looks absolutely amazing! ❤️💚💛

Just heard that news today. Hope they are okay. 😰

I'm probably going to scrap that idea for the PeterFel event and do something like a Spider-Man Noir type story with them instead. Since I've been reading up on classic pulp heroes like The Shadow lately for references for another book. So it'll be beneficial.

000

Billy Muggelberg @billywrites.bsky.social · 14/04/2026

Thanks. It was reprinted by The Shadow Sanctum. So you can get 2 stories for the price of one. Definitely going to go back and collect 2 others I found.

Billy Muggelberg @billywrites.bsky.social · 14/04/2026

Thanks. But it actually didn't. Yesterday was a cluster f***.

Billy Muggelberg @billywrites.bsky.social · 12/04/2026

Yeah I'm taking off work early just to go there. The real horror show is the follow up. Have to leave work early again, pick up one of my parents to drive me back afterwards in case I'm doped out. Insurance is high as enough as is, but I'm afraid what the co-pay is going to be.

I'm about to go to the dentist tomorrow. I'm afraid my bill will turn out something like that.

All while I'm writing my own creator owned comics on the side. Pitching one soon and finishing up the scripts for another. 📝🖊️📖

Fiction. Someone else's intellectual property. Trying to write a clean proper proposal and script. I have another idea for the story arc, I need some hands on research for that. It's an oldie.

Have at it and enjoy. Im writing characters and chapters for two different stories and work on a proposal script to get something published.

Green Arrow Knows All Politicians Are Bastard I cannot not talk about the original Mayor Arc here. #GreenArrow #FuckPoliticians 1. Justice League of America #78 Green Arrow went to a politician to try to solve a pollution problem, and after the fail he left having his views confirmed.

Then he decides to be happy as Ben Reilly. So all that build up to this point was disappointing. So depends if Peter's friend becomes a supervillain it's most likely going to fall on him & Kaine to stop him or to recruit Ben to fix it. At this point I'm more excited for Absolute Green Arrow.

Billy Muggelberg @billywrites.bsky.social · 12/03/2026

I can't argue with that. This last arc with Ben taking over Peter's identity felt disappointed. It almost felt like the situation with him and Raptor back in the early 600s issue run. Ben created a science mockup trial with Peter's old friend Brian. Which goes wrong.

I really wish you'd bring back a Spider-Man variant with the Ben Reily Lost Years style outfit. I had an idea of that for What if story concept, I'm going to convert it into a story for the PeterFelweek event this summer.

Billy Muggelberg @billywrites.bsky.social · 07/03/2026

Perhaps there's a variant in the Spider-Verse wearing the webs with his original colors.

As a creative myself, I focus on crafting the best story that comes to mind. Self doubt always creeps in, followed by depression. But screw that! I enjoy writing scripts, struggles come & go. As long as you are happy doing it then that's all that matters. The biggest critic in life is yourself.

I'm so tempted for this year to play new games that are similar to Yakuza.

My day job currently allows me to catch up on my reading & my writing a lot. Prepping stuff for publication and for work proposals. But my schedule takes up so much of my daytime, by the time I get home I feel too exhausted to even exercise. Trying to adjust my time in the morning to barely workout

Woohoo! I'm excited for this crossover event

Haven't thought about watching it. Thanks for the heads up.

Billy Muggelberg @billywrites.bsky.social · 18/02/2026

It really was. I really love the interactions with the other avenger teams during the Dark Reign. It got a little messy at the beginning of the heroic age. Bendis brought Killraven into the 616 timeline and Marvel did nothing about it afterwards. Leaving him just stranded in modern day Marvel.

010

Billy Muggelberg @billywrites.bsky.social · 18/02/2026

I only became a fan because I really enjoyed Bendis' storytelling post the Disassembled arc. When he was creating New, Mighty and Dark Avengers.
