We (the world) have known about human induced climate change (Greenhouse Effect, Global Warming) for many decades. There have been many 'wake up calls' like 2009 Victorian bush fires, 2019 Bush fire summer (Qld, NSW, Vic, SA). Stop fossil fuel NOW.

My take on Hormuz. The US want it to stay closed (severly restricted) . The US don't need oil from the Persian Gulf. The rest of the world does. By continuing the 'conflict' they are wedging their allies. 'Stay allied, & do as we say if you want oil'. For the US they keep control & blame Iran.

Climate Change has been a topic of discussion for 50+yrs. Those that profit from fossil fuel extraction & use have known for 50+yrs that their industry is the cause, yet their greed drives them to deny it. They could have looked at the opportunity of alternatives over this time. Now everyone loses.

Careful, all media & the socials algorithm are giving too much air to One Neuron. The hype around (Farrer by-election) their 1st seat in 30yrs is OTT. The win was a collaboration by the duopoly to ensure an independent didn't take the seat. Party politics is not democracy.

I think most media are confused! One Neuron have won 1 seat in 30yrs. They threw the kitchen sink at Farrer. Labor, Libs & Nats capitulated as soon as Susan Ley resigned, none wanted an independent to take the seat. They knew One Neuron could win where they could not. Thanks Gina. Job done.
