From a NI perspective, one of the things to look at in EU-UK deal is the commitment to negotiate RoO for goods where preferential treatment is agreed (agri-food mostly). Given how integrated supply chains are in the island, this has implications for NI inputs in RoI exports.

91% of trade agreements concluded by the UK since 2017 intersect with devolved matters and interests. The overlaps vary significantly and most do not require specific legislative changes in devolved law. This begs questions about the regulatory effect of FTA provisions. citp.ac.uk/publications...
