My mom, almost 96, was at our No Kings rally and will be there again next Saturday. Her ballot is in the mail. NY21 voters have an extra incentive to vote because Anthony Constantino is on the ballot. Of all the crazy GOP candidates nationwide he may top the list. 🧵

My mom, Sally Kitchen (now 95), doesn't get out much anymore but she sure wanted to attend this No Kings rally. Said she felt she owed it to her 9 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

In 2011 1200+ people got arrested at Obama's White House for protesting Keystone XL. The median age was people born during the Truman administration. Trump has made things so bad that people as old as my mother now feel compelled to show up. Says she does it for her grandkids & great grandkids. 🧵

Trump got my mother out to her first protest last fall at age 94. She'll be out again on March 28. Just have to update her sign. She'll be 95 Thursday. Says she wouldn't miss it and that she does it for her 7 grandkids & 11 great grandkids. Hoover was her 1st prez, Trump is her worst prez (by far)!

@maddow.msnbc.com My mom and I loved your great documentary about Andrew Young. It inspired her to attend the huge Johnstown NY #NoKings rally in Elise Stefanik's district. She and Andrew were both Hoover babies. That should have been their low point regarding presidents. But no, not at all.
