🚨Politicians sometimes play favorites with reporters and friendly news orgs, offer exclusives, etc. That's fine. This is NOT ok. It's the equivalent of Mayor Wu or Gov. Healey banning a news organization from entering City Hall or the State House. It's a full-on assault on the First Amendment. 🚨

Only two new market-rate housing projects with more than 100 units were built in 2025 —and none of that size has moved forward at all so far in 2026. This new tax initiative is aimed at interrupting that trend.

The race for First Suffolk Senate is too close to call at this point. Challenger Latoya Gayle is performing well in Dorchester— including wins at Lower Mills and Codman Sq libraries. Contest may well be decided by Collins's margin of victory in his home base, South Boston.
