As far as merch goes, I have unfortunately not heard back from Pudgy yet, but they did recently post an update on their personal Twitter: x.com/PUDGY_WUDGE/...

In order to make sure that everyone receives their digital copy, please make sure you still have access to the email that you placed your preorder with! If you have issues or questions, please send an email with your order number to billcipherzine@gmail.com.

At long last, the final touches are underway on the digital zine, and it will be emailed out to everyone who preordered. I don't have an exact date for the release, but the email draft is fully set up and ready to go for when the file is finished and exported.

As well as one page from the credits section and one page from the code solution section:

the first page of the page artist section of the credits section of the zine. it is designed to look like a series of polaroids on a corkboard, with a small preview of each artist's piece and the names and social media handles of the artists.

the last page of the code translation section of the zine. the page is laid out like a redacted government file.

A preview of two writing pieces from Lore and Static:

the first page of a written piece by Lore. the title, shown on a title card that looks like burned paper, is "Tuning Sym-Phonies with a Pitchfork" and the content warnings are "mild depictions of violence, implied/referenced character death".

the first page of a written piece by Static. the background of the page is a night sky with stars. the title is "static scattered like stars".

A preview of two page art pieces from kingseagull and kronehaze (effects were added by the artists so as not to reveal the entire piece, the pieces will look normal and unobscured in the zine itself):

a traditional art piece by kingseagull depicting bill cipher and the axolotl. most of the piece has an oil painting filter over it, blurring out the details, but some sections have the filter removed to show the full detail. there are beads with letters on them that say "i like how you move through the water as one flowing muscle" and "i dig your style too man"

a digital art piece by kronehaze depicting bill posing on a crescent moon. there are glitch effects applied to the piece to obscure some of the details.

Hello everyone, I have a long-awaited update about the formatting and shipping status of the zine. Plain text version: billcipherzine.tumblr.com/post/8241383...

But we are trying our hardest to get this zine and merch out to you guys, and I will post updates as I have them! 🙏 If you have any questions, comments, address updates, or refund requests, the best place to reach out is billcipherzine@gmail.com. Thanks, y'all!

We appreciate everyone's patience while we try to straighten things out and finish this thing once and for all. The mod team has been constantly dealing with unexpected hurdles both in zine logistics and in our personal lives, which has made things difficult.

WE'LL MEET AGAIN: A Bill Cipher Zine @billcipherzine.bsky.social · 07/06/2026

Pudgy has located all of the merch boxes, and these are the pictures I've received so far. One other piece of merch, not pictured here, was printed wrong by the manufacturer and will need to be reordered, but that shouldn't cause any additional delays.

WE'LL MEET AGAIN: A Bill Cipher Zine @billcipherzine.bsky.social · 07/06/2026

In merch news, I have a few pictures! (One picture is less artsy than the others, sorry about that!)

100

WE'LL MEET AGAIN: A Bill Cipher Zine @billcipherzine.bsky.social · 07/06/2026

In layout news, all of the pieces are in the zine, but some of the written pieces need final touches, and the table of contents and credits sections are partially done and need to be finished. Our formatting mods are hard at work trying to finish everything that needs to be done.

Hello again everyone! This is Veronica with another update. 🧵⬇

WE'LL MEET AGAIN: A Bill Cipher Zine @billcipherzine.bsky.social · 16/04/2026

Hey y'all, we have the finalized shipping schedule for the zine! Our social media will be fairly quiet during the formatting period and physical zine turnaround time, but I will be monitoring our messages and posting updates as needed, including merch pics.

WE'LL MEET AGAIN FINALIZED SHIPPING SCHEDULE:
Zine layout finalized: Early June
Physical zine turnaround time is about 6 weeks
Digital release + preorders begin shipping: Mid/late July
Leftover sales begin: Mid/late August
Leftovers begin shipping: Early September

010

WE'LL MEET AGAIN: A Bill Cipher Zine @billcipherzine.bsky.social · 14/04/2026

To answer a question we've gotten a few times - there WILL be leftover sales of zines and merch after preorders are shipped out! We'll include the approximate time for leftover sales in our production timeline when we post that!

Hello again everyone, I have an update regarding refunds and address changes:

Hello everyone, Pudgy and I have issued all of the refunds and address changes that we are aware of, please allow a few days for them to process! If anyone else has a refund request or address change, or if you have already emailed about a refund and don't receive it within the next 72 hours, PLEASE reach out to billcipherzine@gmail.com. Please do not reach out via social media for refunds/address changes, we'd like to keep them all in the same place in order to make sure they get issued in a timely manner.

Thank you all for your patience, it is greatly appreciated.

Hello everyone! I'm Veronica, the new head mod replacing Sheol, and I have a long overdue update for you all!

141

WE'LL MEET AGAIN: A Bill Cipher Zine @billcipherzine.bsky.social · 27/02/2026

I hope this helps answer some questions, but if not, please let me know and I will do my best to answer. (in a TIMELY manner this time)

WE'LL MEET AGAIN: A Bill Cipher Zine @billcipherzine.bsky.social · 27/02/2026

Lastly, here is a couple of photos showing some of our finished merch items. The other merchandise is currently in boxes due to Pudgy moving, but we have these 2 photos to share at the moment.

110

WE'LL MEET AGAIN: A Bill Cipher Zine @billcipherzine.bsky.social · 27/02/2026

However, we've reached a point where I feel like I'm unable to keep up with questions and management on top of my own life outside of the project, so I feel it is for the best that I leave. I will still be around for a bit to answer any questions as needed, however.

100

WE'LL MEET AGAIN: A Bill Cipher Zine @billcipherzine.bsky.social · 27/02/2026

As a head mod, I should have probably been more clear and communicative about how busy I've gotten, and honestly probably dropped a while ago. However, I felt that leaving would be more of a problem than a help, so I ended up not saying anything.

100

WE'LL MEET AGAIN: A Bill Cipher Zine @billcipherzine.bsky.social · 27/02/2026

As a last announcement, I wanted to state that I will no longer be able to be a mod on this project after this point. I am currently in my senior year of college and have been trying to balancd my own mental health on top of it, so this zine ended up being sidelined by me.

110

WE'LL MEET AGAIN: A Bill Cipher Zine @billcipherzine.bsky.social · 27/02/2026

In terms of shipping, our other head mod (Pudgy) is in the process of moving so things have been at a bit of a pause. Shipping for preorders is estimated to be in April-May, but we ask for some flexibility as progress on the zine is still being made.

100

WE'LL MEET AGAIN: A Bill Cipher Zine @billcipherzine.bsky.social · 27/02/2026

The zine is making steady progress, we ask for only a bit of patience as all of the mods have lives and jobs to attend to and we can't always put this zine at the forefront. I do fully understand the anxiety from no communication for so long though, and for that I apologize again

100

WE'LL MEET AGAIN: A Bill Cipher Zine @billcipherzine.bsky.social · 27/02/2026

the actual formatting of the zine. There IS progress being made, but we can't show the formatting progress publically since it is from the main zine. HOWEVER, we do have all of the merch items. This aspect is fully done, and we are mainly waiting on format for the zine itself!

100

WE'LL MEET AGAIN: A Bill Cipher Zine @billcipherzine.bsky.social · 27/02/2026

Hello everyone, I (mod Sheol) apologize for the VERY big delay in response and information regarding the status of the zine. As the main social media mod, I should have been more responsible and clear on this front. In terms of zine updates, we are still working on (1/?)
