Same!!! He’s so fabulously Gender in Trad Moore’s style, I wish all Dr strange comics were as weird and experimental as this. I think it was like during that Matrix period of time when he last had the long hair? Not as good as the fall sunrise design tho.

Had another session of our Stonetop game last night and I really really like this system. The way it’s constructed, it felt way nicer for us each to have a Moment, a nice balance of just talking about what’s happening vs Playing Pretend in Character, and left me excited! Def wanna draw my guy more!!

My pirate game group has ended but we’re now pivoting to the game Stonetop and I’m super excited!! My character is a Seeker, basically on his way to becoming what some might describe as an evil wizard. I’m still trying to figure out a name for him. Suggestions welcome!

Been picking away at chapter 24 of my book (I’ve now outlined to chap 30, and know it’ll wrap up after that) and this is a very important chapter, and I keep writing a few paragraphs and walking away. Can’t procrastinate anymore, gotta write this fight scene I’ve had in my head for ages let’s gooooo

TFW you reach a couple Pivotal chapters of your book and start second guessing everything and just need to throw your hands up and write *whatever* cause you can always go back and rewrite it later, but you also have work to do and errands to run so you’ll just stew on it for a few hours

Twenty One chapters in, referring to The Department of Magical Affairs (DMA) colloquially as “The Bureau” and I only just now started spelling it right on the first try. Only took 28K words to hammer it in. (Still gonna spell it wrong every time after this I’m sure)

I’m at a point in writing this book that I need to sit down and make a list of all the things I still want to happen and then sort out how to make it all flow in a satisfying way. I won’t know how much more there is until I do, but I do feel like I’m on the downswing, now? Guess we’ll find out!

Took Fizzy to the vet today for flea treatment and a checkup and the vet commended me for how healthy she was for 16! This was the first time she’s been to a vet since she was a kitten so I’m super happy for the report hahah Apparently fleas this year are immune to over the counter meds. 😾
