I was frightened out of 1 of my 9 lives when Bruja unrolled her yoga mat. I expected better of her, yogi-ing on a mortal enemy! YECH! You may ask, “But you’re blind? How do you know it’s an eagle?” The answer is I see through Chúumuk Nak’ut, meaning “middle eye” in indigenous Maya. #caturday #cats

This is Nina, the one that came before me. She passed a year ago this week having provided my master 20 years of loyal service. The Bruja has been oh, so dreadfully melancholy unable to conjure the simplest of magic. So, in honor of their symbiotic relationship, I dedicate #caturday to Nina.
