I'm tired of all the political pundits and personalities constantly questioning why the Republicans are allowing this presidency to go on- easy they are gaining power, money, or both and the longer Trump is in charge the more they gain. Stop looking for noble acts and follow the money...

A couple of points: 1. It's not about the law- she was following it and was detained. 2. Base Commander/ Operations are complicit in this event. Kegsbreath has made DoD chummy with DHS, and things like this will make recruiting harder, even when the economy is bad.

Why are people putting trust in AI when its code can be altered by programmers to reflect a bias or particular belief and how it was educated was also decided by a particular set of folks?

Remember those who gallantly made their ultimate sacrifices to defend our nation, our freedom, and the rule of law, some came home... others did not. All were changed by their experiences. Take a moment of this day, and remember.
A quote by Joshua Chamberlain, Civil War General and President of Bowdoin College, honoring those who died at Gettysburg during the commemoration of the Maine Memorial.

"In great deeds, something abides. On great fields, something stays. Forms change and pass; bodies disappear; but spirits linger, to consecrate ground for the vision-place of souls. And reverent men and women from afar, and generations that know us not and that we know not of, heart-drawn to see where and by whom great things were suffered and done for them, shall come to this deathless field, to ponder and dream; and lo! the shadow of a mighty presence shall wrap them in its bosom, and the power of the vision pass into their souls." - General Joshua Lawrence Chamberlain, 3 October 1888.

Self care is just as important as caring for others. #skelethoughts
