Some positive news, my severely out of place tooth that the orthodontists hadn't touched at all during this whole teeth journey, is quickly moving now that they've put a chain on it after removing the stupid tooth that was fused to my jaw bone and was in the damned way!

As a library employee, I like reading the children's books that come in so I can recommend them to kids and parents. One major red flag for me, in children's chapter books, is when there is killing (or attempted murder) and the author just glazes past it. It REALLY bothers me. Like a lot.

Don't know how I just noticed this. Interesting that all 3 child dungeons in OoT are inside a giant creature. Great Deku Tree Dodongo's Cavern is a cave, but you literally enter a giant Dodongo skull to fight the boss. Inside Jabu Jabu's belly!! I'm sure someone can find some metaphor in that.

Pissed because I ordered food ahead of time so it would be at work when I got there, but 1. Forgot my key, so I'm stuck outside till everyone else gets here and it's already 80° 2. There was one of these sound books going off somewhere in the backyard and my mother woke me up at 4:30am to go find it and put a stop to it because she couldn't sleep, and I started getting freaked thinking someone might be using it as a lure on the darkness. One of my absolute favorite patrons (woman in her 70's) came in today. I hadn't seen her in weeks. I told her about my sister. She told me how she's lost 2 siblings, and we both got misty-eyed. It's such a horrible thing to connect with, but talking to people who have lost siblings...
