BTW, I am mainly thinking of this because of the very similar concept in Neytirix's most recent video: www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bqai...

Stupid Game Idea: An rpg set in a world of furries. However, the protaganist is just a normal feral cat. Everyone keeps treating the main character like a silent protaganist even though they're clearly just a cat...

Overall, what I'd recommend is starting out trying to find a few easy recipes that you can make frequently without trouble and expand from there. I recommend the ministrone soup or a stirfry.

Also if you want to just recreate an old favorite, impossible meat has gotten really good. They do an amazing job on beef and pork replacements. Chicken is a bit more iffy, but their chickenless chicken nuggets are fire. And the italian brats are fiiiiire.

Boof Woofington @biggestboof.bsky.social · 07/10/2026

And if you want more Western dishes, soups tend to be incredibly easy and delicious options. My favorites tend to be Minestrone with beans as the protein. Or chicken wild rice with a butlers soy curls as a chicken replacement.

I'd recommend looking into a lot of Indian, Thai, and Etheopian recipes. Those cultures tend to have way better developed vegetarian food culture, especially India given how much of their population is vegetarian. My favorite to make at home is palak paneer.

Oh, and try experimenting. There are many many many ways to prepare tofu. The one I gave is the tried and true beginner version, but as you get comfortable, experiment. Even just how you cut your tofu can change the texture a lot. Some people even like tearing it over cutting.

020

Boof Woofington @biggestboof.bsky.social · 07/10/2026

Finally, remember that tofu doesn't have a lot of flavor on its own. However, in the same way you took out water, you can add flavor in. Marinades are HIGHLY effective on tofu as they eat up liquids, making tofu a diverse and powerful ingredient.

Boof Woofington @biggestboof.bsky.social · 07/10/2026

After ten minutes of press, you shouldn't have much water left inside of your tofu. You can now cook it without the water slowing down the process. As a tip, I cook the tofu separate from my other ingredients and then add the tofu back in later. It helps cook it more evenly.

120

Boof Woofington @biggestboof.bsky.social · 07/10/2026

To press tofu, all you really need is a flat heavy object and a paper towel, but if you are going to be eating tofu frequently, I recommend buying a rubber band based tofu press. They are less wasteful and more effective.

120

Boof Woofington @biggestboof.bsky.social · 07/10/2026

If you're new to tofu, look for *extra* firm tofu. It is very durable and hard to mess up. From there, it helps to press the tofu, although some extra firm tofus are so dense that they don't need to be pressed.

Max, I like you, but it's really low of you to accuse someone of threatening people with censorship, and when pointed out that they didn't, saying that you can imagine them doing it and thus it's the same thing. It's incredibly immature.

Boof Woofington @biggestboof.bsky.social · 04/10/2026

Oh, and 4) t They do get income outside of advertising. They have FA+ as a subscription service as well as several other profit lines they have been pushing to grow during this period.

Boof Woofington @biggestboof.bsky.social · 04/10/2026

like a few other sites do. So yes, they do intend to keep doing this and stated as such.

Boof Woofington @biggestboof.bsky.social · 04/10/2026

You are spreading a few pieces of misinformation here. 1) They stated directly that they will not even consider censoring the content several times. 2) They showed the breakdown of their expenses and it doesn't match the breakdown you are saying they have. 3) They are planning on doing this yearly-

One of the horrors inherent in the dystopic world of GodSend is how corporations try to control every aspect of regular life. It is wrong there and it is wrong here. Our spaces should be controlled by the people that make them up, not by some advertising company looking to boost their profits.
