A picture of the asset's page on wayback machine, with the text "-20k tris" highlighted

A conversation between Blue_Portal and myself on Twitter highlighting their AI generated response. It reads:

Myself: "Hey, just reaching out to inquire a little about one of your assets. I recently purchased this -> blueportal.booth.pm/items/6108328 for Shinano, as the description said "20k tris" and it seemed like it worked within my poly budget. The asset is actually 39,470 tris, and 19,728 faces. I feel a little misleaded with my purchase, so is there anything we can do in regards to this?"

Blue_Portal: "My bad! I missed that one. Here it is completely clean with no dashes at all:

Hey! Thanks for pointing that out. You're totally right. I double checked and I accidentally put the face count in the description instead of the tri count. That was just a mistake on my part when I was writing the page.

Since the asset is already downloaded and the weight painting and rigging are all working correctly, I can't really do a refund for this one. I've gone ahead and fixed the description on the shop page though so it’s accurate for everyone else.

Thanks for the heads up and for understanding!"

Another screenshot of the conversation, showing part of the same AI generated response sent again at a later time.

It reads: "Hey! Thanks for pointing that out. You're totally right. I double checked and I accidentally put the face count in the description instead of the tri count. That was just a mistake on my part when I was writing the page.

If you've bought Karous on Steam - please consider leaving a positive review, even if you haven't spent much time with it. This is the part where we push to get more RS34 games in English, as well as on PC. I'm doing my part!!
