Taxi Driver is by far Scorsese's best film and ought to have won the Oscar for best film and director. I love Goodfellas but the poor editing (the last part of the film is overlong and drags a bit) lets it down and thus to me it's not a classic. TD is and should appear on the list of greatest films.
