I was going to make a joke about customer service taking back one of my brothers and the refund check getting lost in the mail, but that's a bit grim. Less grim though than Sunwoo getting exchanged with his own brother and customer service not fixing the mistake!

The only thing I'm upset about is that Sunwoo and Gunwoo did the whole "let's not talk about any of the genuinely bad stuff ever" and still got to be best bros! Not fair! I did all that stuff and got a substandard relationship with my big bros -- I demand a refund!

Speaking as an expert on having much older brothers, yes, it's absolutely an idealized relationship from Sunwoo's & Gunwoo's perspectives, but you've dropped plenty of hints about all the un-ideal things they avoided talking about to keep it that way. Very (sadly) realistic, that part!

I feel like the world would be a better place if certain jobs weren't entirely offloaded onto people who don't get compensated/respected nearly enough, and waste management/janitorial work is definitely high on that list. They deserve 10% discounts and "thanks for your service" if anybody does.
