My friend runs 2 restaurants that were amongst 4 awarded for being the happiest places to work from Bristol. He offers to pay for 50% of a staff members gym membership and 20% of the staff members mental health support amongst other things. I am just writing this to say a 'business' can be nice too.

Having mulled it over... there is nothing that City have done in these charges that are as egregious as selling themselves a women's team or hotel. The issue they have is thinking they could get away with it rather than being utterly brazen about it. That seems to have allowed a lot of exploits.
