How to improve curried sausages? Take some of the potatoes out and mash them before returning them to the pot. Apparently my old Pop used this trick to thicken the curry without changing the flavour. Thanks for the tip Unc. 😉

Are the Cod making a comeback? 2 days camping and fishing and 6 fish hooked, all Cod. 2 undersize, 4 would have been legal if we weren't in the breeding season.
