Accomplishing more has not stopped my mind gnawing on itself. The first proper rest after a busy few weeks is when I feel worst: "You've gone nowhere" (false) "Everybody hates me" (nope) "You're awful" (ok, next) "You know nothing" (not true) "Bad things will happen" (yes, but they won't stop me)

When I was alone, the spirals were longer. But I'm not alone anymore. Make my silly games, draw what I like, have enough to eat, be with friends - that is a good life. It is enough.

I wonder what to eat for dinner.
