iiinova — where your digital self keeps evolving

People will look you dead in the eye and go "Nah I'll wait for an update" on a vibecoded trash recomp than play on an emulator that works perfectly fine like ok 🧍‍♂️

So many recomps using ai and homebrew ports to older consoles have constantly been flooding the community the past few months and it's so tiring to see. It's really sad to see the mindset "if it works what's the problem" to such buggy slop like the standards are so low 🫩

Bid's Rewind #7 This is the first "short" ever and is one of the edits that kinda started this whole thing. Souly being one of my inspirations to pursue editing and I'm extremely happy how far I've come. It's truly crazy how different this is 😌

I feel like I'm in a trope where the small side characters have their own adventure. I meant to try to get my palico to stand back up but I ended up causing a fight with the other palicos #oops

Bid's Rewind #6 What's more fitting than an edit that gives flashbacks as an Easter egg? A rewind-ception it may be. Everything in the flashback sequence is a reference to edits made before this oldest to newest! Here's a thread to EVERY edit referenced with links 🧵

Seeing Monster Hunter Wilds Ascendance footage looks so raw I'm stoked and then seeing that mobile game MH Outlanders using AI in the ads... 🫩

Bidizzle @bidizzle.bsky.social · 08/09/2026

Truth be told I keep Monster Hunter Frontier up to date but I've haven't played much of it in hopes more people hop on it. I think it would be cool to go fresh with others especially since it's an mmo 😅

Bid's Rewind #5 This was the first edit I done of Baariez! Over 2 years ago and it was also on her vtuber debut week! It's cool to see how my editing style develops to now and also how one of my oshis grows in her vtuber journey 🥹

Bidizzle @bidizzle.bsky.social · 05/09/2026

My hot take is that I dislike !clip and "twitch clip that" commands. It's quick and convenient yes, but if the viewer can, I think manually clipping helps getting the full duration you'd need for context and so you can adjust for portrait viewing.

120

Bidizzle @bidizzle.bsky.social · 04/09/2026

My take is you can have multiple oshis. I think it's fair to have more than one if you consistently follow and hold value about them equally. But definitely only one kamioshi as someone to be the top favorite among a group of favorites

I think an underrated feature of vita modding is that there's a plugin you can get that notifies you an update is available to homebrew games that you can download on the related app that has them. Makes the console feel lively since official game updates are no longer a thing!
