iiinova — where your digital self keeps evolving

When I talk to people about AI and its potential impact they immediately bring up the time when computers debuted and there was no jobs upheaval. That’s kind of the end of the discussion. AI is so much more than computers.

Back to work the large session of the ReMax convention, my last convention shift of the week. I’ll start working a new convention on Monday.

Planning an early wake-up Sunday to watch the US-Canada Olympics final live. It will start at 5:10 am Pacific. Golden Knights are shining on both teams. Should be a classic.

Southwest’s changes — now fully in place — do not speed up the boarding process. Entering by zone is slow and there are so many bags brought on, despite agents asking that they be gate checked, that it crawls.

Trump has discovered that someone can stand up to him. A few people, the justices of the Supreme Court. Finally.

Another death of an ALS patient, Eric Dane. Nothing has changed since my mother died of ALS nearly 30 years ago. Nothing.

Heading back to Vegas today. My best purchase of the trip, at a shop in downtown Carlsbad.

The most overcovered story by the media these days is the Guthrie disappearance. By contrast the least covered story which packs a potential transformative impact is the coming AI infusion into the US workforce. Get ready.

The Trumpers are already touting as can’t fail a Vance/Rubio ticket for 2028. Talk about putting the cart before the horse. Vance is polling lower than Trump in approval these days.

What I like most about working event after event in Las Vegas is not that they are fun and they keep a retiree active and provide spending money. It’s that the audiences are incredible diverse and different at every event. There are many internationals and people from all over the US.

Looking forward to working a charity gala tonight. Nice way to cap a week of convention and event work in Vegas.

Heading to the arena later to work the Cardi B concert.

Nobody’s talking about the timing of the Guthrie disappearance. Isn’t it interesting that it happened just as Savannah was going to leave to host the Olympics. Somebody acted to prevent that from happening by going after Nancy.

Bad Bunny’s show and his ratings are driving the Trumpers nuts. It’s fun to see.

Looks like investigators are finally openly looking at an inside job. They are all over Nancy Guthrie’s property now.

My team isn’t playing today so I’m working a Super Bowl party. Should be fun.

Vance takes food to Italy? That’s probably all you need to know of this Trumper.

Twitter X is more of a cesspool now than it has been, in my view. Only maga posts allowed apparently. These people are in a dreamworld on everything Trump. The Olympic athletes are clearly saying what many Americans are saying now.

000

Bob Heisse @bheisse.bsky.social · 07/02/2026

Trump’s now blaming an intern for posting the racist video. This is after his spokeswoman defended it. So an intern is running the president’s social media?

000

Bob Heisse @bheisse.bsky.social · 06/02/2026

The Trumpers have been trashing Bad Bunny in favor of their Kid Rock and others show. Bad Bunny’s show will be fantastic and draw record ratings.

000

Bob Heisse @bheisse.bsky.social · 06/02/2026

I haven’t weighed in on the Guthrie disappearance but I continue to think it’s an inside job.
