Finished the new Wolverine game last night The negativity surrounding it is massively over exaggerated. It's no Game of the Year, but it's a very good game eith a stellar story. Like with most things, ignore the haters and see it for yourself. Glad that's what I did for Wolverine

It's absolutely an amazing experience from start to (the current) finish. Although, a year of headroom isn't available anymore as we have until next Spring, so 10-12 months max before release - which is exactly why people should get on that train now! (so you have time to take your time)

I'm begging people to not wait on playing the Final Fantasy VII Remake series. These games are all full narrative experiences. If you wait for Revelations you will be stuck with hundreds of hours of content. Do yourself a favor and play peak. (There is also an FF sale on steam)

No, not really. Persona 2 was already a workplace setting. The games are also rated MA in the west. If they are smart, they will realize their fans from the original have also aged. The tone is for sure more light hearted but there are demons that quite literally genitals on a chariot

Excited for Persona 6 - but a logo drop means it could be years out. Just hoping they go for college or workplace setting. Really don't want another high-school setting. Also protag gender choice would go a long way

Always happy for a new Dark Pictures Anthology type game, so hype for Until Dawn 2, but the major breakaway hype for me is God of War: Laufey. Hitting all the things I really love, so I can't wait for this one to hit shelves! Now we wait for Friday!

DQ presentation was more than what we could have expected. Square was transparent about the development issues with DQ12, explained the situation and then *still* gave us new information *with* gameplay. Pretty dang happy to hear more and excited to finally get it!

Regarding the issues of NTE using GenAI: Obviously bad but the thing I find funny is that people thought that gacha game developers actually would have integrity? They are devoid of integrity. GenAI usage from them was an inevitability.

there were some visual improvements with FPS, lighting and shading and textures. So it's for sure an improvement but mostly the same otherwise. Honestly, it's just that good of a game. I loved my first play but all the plays after have felt better for me too
