Failure to warn: Attacks on “failure-to-warn” liability claims are taking place in state legislatures around the country in the wake of extraordinary jury verdicts against Bayer/Monsanto for harm caused by the company’s glyphosate products and the company’s failure to have their case heard by the U.S. Supreme Court.

If passed at the state level, this legislation would deny people who have not been fully warned of the hazards of pesticides the right to sue the manufacturers that have harmed them.
