The UK Supreme Court’s ruling of 11 April upheld the rights of lesbians and gay men. If they had ruled otherwise, the judges explain, the protected characteristic of sexual orientation would have been “meaningless”. Predictably, the TQ+ crowd are contemptuous of the rights of lesbians and gay men.
