Dinta, my oc. He is a fantasy character, but his world mirrors the cultural, aesthetic, religious and philosophical world of maritime southeast Asians (and Asians in general). He is autistic, intelligent, loves deeply, kind and very, very shy. He is non binary and likes to make small machinery :) and he is Muslim :) and he is dressed in the style of bisaya and mindanao peoples of the central-south Philippines, and similar to how austronesians dress in general- most prominent is his jade earrings- ling-ling o, and "potong", the head covering of the men of the bisaya

Datu Bolon- Datu's closest translation is "chieftain".- the 19 year old "prince" of the Bagobo people of southern mindanao. He wears a "Potong"- "to adorn, to crown"- the same head covering as to what Dinta is wearing. He wears also round nacre shells that hang from the potong

A Ling-ling o. A jade "amulet", from the rich history of trade between Vietnam and the philippines
