Is everyone having a shit day? Took the car in for ac. Went to rent a car I had reserved. Took forever. Agent was super stressed. Lots of messes. Finally told them to cancel and I'd walk and figure something out. Now the mechanic says they haven't even gotten to it yet because they're busy. Waste.
