I know I say this from a place of privilege, but airport lounge access when flying is an absolute game changer for me as an autistic person. Whilst the free food and drink are definitely not to be sniffed at, it's the peace, calm and comfortable seating that makes it so worthwhile.

So our company has just emailed to let us know that due to legislation changes we'll have new food waste bins and can't put food waste in our regular waste. This is good! But why can I no longer dispose of my food waste separately at home? It can only go in our general waste 🤷‍♀️ make it make sense!
