Today is an admin day. I also get to break down a desk.

So guess who started fighting a head cold and an awful headache all day? Today ended up being a rest day, which is fair, considering I haven't had one in probably a month. It's been hard to think. Here's hoping I don't wake up sick tomorrow, because I feel terrible aha

I enjoy writing with multiple POVs, but in 3rd person and it switches up within the chapter/scene. The focal point depends on the scene/situation. The POV is messy right now in a battle and someone didn't notice a knife flying through the air until landed. #writingcommunity #epicfantasy #amwriting

In true writer fashion, I made a typo... TIME TO *KNOCK* OUT TODAY'S CHAPTER. Don't post before you've had your morning tea. But hey, at least y'all now know I'm a real human-person-being-she behind this screen, right? 😆🥸 #writingcommunity #amwriting #epicfantasy #writerproblems

Today is the day I get a lot done. It's time to tackle this book and get ahead in writing. The next arc is literally around the corner and I have 3 chapters to finish rewriting to get there. Time to know out the first one (it's almost done). #amwriting #epicfantasy #writerscommunity

I've been debating whether to post my character art for the books I'm writing. I'm doing my own illustrations in the books, but it's been nerve racking posting stuff online with, y'know—that problem. For frame of reference, I drew my pfp, which is supposed to be me if I was in an rpg. #epicfantasy

It feels amazing to be working on my book again. My characters are almost out of that dangerous scenario they've been locked in the last 3 years aha. Almost to the snow mountain arc!!!! #amwriting #epicfantasy #writerscommunity

Does anyone remember that WiiU demo trailer we got at E3 years ago? We have finally achieved that level of The Legend of Zelda. We are getting the polished, refined graphics of Twilight Princess. NintendoDirect did not disappoint. And we're getting concert tours again for the 40th Anniversary!

I am back to rewriting that #epicfantasy I used to always talk about in a non-talkative way. I left my characters in the middle of a serious fight concerning blades and smoke, and it would seem I've left them standing amid a battlefield for the last 3 years. Time to wrap up chapter 49 aha #writing

Working on personal music again after three years and it is quite the breather, my goodness gracious. I had been worried I wouldn't be able to get back into it straight away after such a long hiatus. #composer #indiedev #writer #fantasy

My online hiatus is over at last! I am currently getting all my socials back in order and setting myself up to resume streaming. In the meantime, here's an image from a birthday present a dear friend sent me, in which she drew me receiving a gift from two of my characters!! I own this outfit IRL.😍

Finally upgraded to a new phone after near a decade. Which means I’m about to get a lil’ more active again! Let the creative juices flow! Right after Christmas. Guess who was able to visit home 🥹

I just learned from my music professor that finale (music notation software) is being discontinued. After years of refusal to migrate, I now have to migrate. COMPOSERS! ARRANGERS!! MUSIC KINSMEN!!! What’s a good notation software you’d recommend to a finale user?🥲

School has officially resumed for me! Formally. Classes start Thursday and I’m taking advantage of what free time I have now to run errands, of course! Victory of today: I made it to the laundry room before anyone else and I have access to working dryers aha.

I wrote a song for my sister, brother-in-law, and yet-to-be-born niece as a Christmas present🎁 I admit the video was rushed for the sake of making it for Christmas, but it was a good experience of vocal mixing and I learned a lot from it. #composers www.youtube.com/embed/zKz6rz...

Y’know. I call my series an epic fantasy but truth be told, that’s not it. It’s a blanket statement. I know the genre will vary by book/series, but I’ve never liked it. It’s always felt off. Sometimes I just wonder what the first series of books will get placed under. #writingcommunity #writerslife

Apparently we’re supposed to copy/paste messages from the bird app to keep this side going but I’m sad. So I’ll keep this simple. A very good boi said goodbye to my family today. I called last night to say farewell. When I visit home, I won’t see him there. Say hello to all our loved ones, Skia.

Greetings to you, Be you near or be you far. Could you welcome the company of a wandering bard? I promise I won’t sing or hum more than a few bars, for the road is long and it’s time to rest the heart. If you’ve a story to tell, I’ll listen well and, perhaps one day, I’ll sing a song about you, too.
