A favourite was Macdonald-Gay correcting him that it was 3 times she was on a hat-trick in the Durham game not twice 😆

And the women's turn to chat with Churchy, who are very happy to correct him 😆

I presume this is how Churchy normally dresses for commentary. Any questions for the panel? Ollie Pope, WTF do you think you're doing?! (This is how it plays out in my head)

Cam Steel has had an honorary mention if you want an idea of success being celebrated! And to be fair, he has had a great first season of a media career.

Thanks for all your meeting room suggestions, and creative ideas. I've passed them over. Now time for Surrey's end of season awards. For the players at least! 🏏

It's an interesting thought. I think it's just painful as have been having these catch ups out of London and the price differential is eye watering. Thankfully, it is not my budget!

Beth Cooper 🏏 @bethcooper.fyi · 8h

I did have a look at the NYT recipes. Maybe I'll do some experimenting over the weekend. At the moment, I'm just bored of tomatoes 😆

Beth Cooper 🏏 @bethcooper.fyi · 8h

I got a big 5kg sack, maybe 10. That's a lot of onions.

Beth Cooper 🏏 @bethcooper.fyi · 8h

Ha! To be fair, I rarely see them, hence having no idea what they sound like. When my niece and nephew moved to Australia, I asked them what their school friends got excited about, like we do kangaroos. Squirrels. Though I was the same seeing chipmunks in Boston, MA!

Thank you! I can't find anything on their website, although I have walked past people having meetings there!

I may have been exaggerating, although I guess it would make a change from cake for the commentary teams 😋

Thanks. I does look like just room hire but looks a great deal! Through this, I found Friends House, which may be a possibility. Thank you

It's needing a screen that's the challenge. So can do an office space, which doesn't have a screen/projector, or it is a meeting room, which seem to start from 8 people and charge accordingly.

000

Beth Cooper 🏏 @bethcooper.fyi · 12h

Thanks. Do they have shared screens for presenting or is it literally an office? It's the shared screen need that's providing more of a challenge it appears.

100

Beth Cooper 🏏 @bethcooper.fyi · 14h

Any suggestions for a meeting space for 2 people in central London that doesn't cost the earth? Just need a room with a screen

Recent studies show the number of women in coaching in the UK has fallen by 6% in recent years - 10% at grassroots - restricting access to sport for teenage girls. Reasons include course costs, family and sexism - and it is even impacting ex Lionesses. www.bbc.co.uk/sport/footba...

Despite recent on-pitch successes and increased media exposure for women's sport in the UK, major barriers remain - particularly in coaching.

Shame on you Ollie Pope, Luke Wood, Moeen Ali, Reece Topley, James Vince, Tom Kohler-Cadmore and Laurie Evans for caring more about the money in your own pockets than the human rights of women and girls. This was a personal choice by you, and you chose wrong.

I definitely felt the more I studied, the less I wanted to be involved. But also, only one fellow student in all that time was involved in student politics. Seemed those that became MPs studied other things, although since then PPE has been more of a pipeline, for Oxbridge at least. Very much not me

Andy Burnham's comments today expose the situation of selling national football teams to foreign states. He's taking a view, at least in one reading of his comments, that corrupting the national game is not as big an issue as potentially losing foreign investment in Manchester.

Not sure what either of those have to do with today's gdp growth figures. I do know that until the start of the summer, Rachel Reeves was Chancellor.
