Waiting in Charlotte, NC to board my transfer flight. Charlotte is a maze and they like tight transfer times. ✈️

All they needed at the airport for me to go through was my debit card and prescription medication. So, if you lose your ID before you get on a plane, those things help.

And I couldn't find my ID this morning. I switched my flight to tomorrow, giving myself time to look for my ID and gather things together to get through TSA process to prove I am me. 😔 Ugh.

Flight to VA departs SFO at 9:00 tomorrow. It is almost 11:00 and I am still packing. 🤦 Almost packed, though. 🧳✈️

This is a comprehensive list of Tech layoffs. Why is the person who is laying off people at Tesla and X, advocating for layoffs in the government, gutting SSI & Medicare, ALSO advocating for increasing the birth rate. Why are people in the tech industry behind him? techcrunch.com/2024/12/04/t...

Younger people wonder why older people won't retire. Generally, the world won't let them retire with dignity. Losing insurance at the age it is most needed is scary. They want to put money away for things coming down the road. It is their last chance to work. Getting rehired again is difficult.

People over 55 are more likely to lose their jobs. Getting back into the workforce is difficult. Companies are unkind. What happens to people who aren't old enough to take early retirement (62). When they do, they have gone years without making contributions to SSI. www.forbes.com/sites/jackke...

Study Shows Ageism Pushed Older Workers Out Of The Job Market During The Pandemic

Sadly, the experienced people were unceremoniously pushed out of the job market and did not leave on their own volition.

Democrats are looking for leaders to loudly and effectively oppose Trump. People are less concerned with how well they work with the opposition. So far, people seem somewhat disappointed.

I honestly think Trump appointing David Sacks could be a tipping point. People are going to revolt when they realize they placed the most ruthless, tech bro billionaires in positions to double their power.

Thought I'd try something different for a much-needed brain cleanse. Keane never disappoints. (This time, with a twist.) The words to this song, 𝘚𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘖𝘯𝘭𝘺 𝘞𝘦 𝘒𝘯𝘰𝘸, are so relevant right now. And these precious messengers deliver a priceless rendition.

When I read Gavin Newsom complaining about Biden's pardon & how he took Biden at his word...I vomited in my mouth a little. One reason I think Newsom is good for going after Trump is because he is a snake. And Adam Schiff...please, bro. Helping push Biden out of office? Give me a break.
