Found out today about Canada’s 2025 law about Canadian descendent citizenship. My great-grandmother was Canadian so now I’m gonna see if I can get dual citizenship!

I’m sorry but nobody should own a dog breed that’s known for barking while living in an apartment complex. My new neighbor has a Beagle. Enough said.

You ever read a book thinking it’s a standalone and it ends in the most Soprano’s finale way only to find out it’s actually a duology and the second book isn’t out yet? Ughhhhhh!! Highly recommend the dark, but really well-written “Daggermouth” by H. M. Wolfe

People act like you can only be a rapist if you act on it. If you have the mindset of a rapist, you’re a rapist.

I really wanna punch a fucking rapist today.

Beth @beth-dixon.bsky.social · 01/10/2026

New internet rule: if a man says women should have gone to the police or in any way defend rapists, you get to call them a rapist too. And none of this censored bullshit. We NEED to use inflammatory language and put a mirror up to their faces. You defend a rapist? You’re a rapist.

You know why English and social studies are important? So you become a literate person who understands the human condition and doesn’t fall as easily to propaganda. So when the Trump administration ends student loans for English majors among many other fields, what does that tell you?

I think any healthcare ceo or anyone making bank off of pharmaceuticals, etc should have to pay the fullest price for their drugs/procedure as their paycheck can cover it anyway

020

Beth @beth-dixon.bsky.social · 23/09/2026

It should be required for CEOs of companies to only receive the benefits that the lower paid employees have. Imagine a healthcare CEO hearing their procedure wouldn’t be covered and reasons behind it. They could pay for it themselves just like others their company denies.
