Alternative 1” width Biothane belt parts are posted on my Etsy! The 1.25” width Biothane can be tough to find, so now you can choose 1” if that works better for you. The parts are included together with the 1.25” width part files.

BC3.0 STL files are up on my Etsy! Currently I have the 3.0 ring up, and two cage options: a low profile cage and a standard. The standard is essentially the same as the BC2.x Standard Bi-Layer design. The low profile is roughly standard sized, but angled down to reduce bulge against pants.
