before i had art of my sona i used a pfp i drew on my phone at work. hell, the art i've used for a pfp for the past couple halloweens was one i drew a few years ago. and i don't draw regularly because it takes literally all my brain to do it, which is why i have such respect for artists.

it's hard to recommend what i did because five months in i was really fucking depressed, but i am pretty sure that was from bumping up to 100mg. i think my original plan of like a year on 50mg would've been fine, but recommending something that almost killed me despite the stellar results, not good

there was a sweet spot where voice assistants worked exactly how they should for a while. but they took away the squeeze to bring up the voice assistant to push people to using a wake word, and then it became just a lot easier to use something else.
