I’ve recently learned the upcoming Lorraine Heath novel is a continuation of the Scandalous Gentlemen of St. James series so now I’m rereading both that and her Scoundrels of St. James series that preceded it. I binged these (in the opposite chronological order) a couple years ago

Currently watching Beauty and the Beast and realizing that while I don’t often love retellings, I do love the original, and I think it comes down to the fact that he’s an actual beast rather than a “beastly” human. We don’t have to dissect that further
