Did you visit Cullen? Went there for summer holidays long ago and visited Portsoy.

Pat Atkin @bermudagirl26.bsky.social · 09/02/2026

@ianfindlaytv.bsky.social I can’t cope with Instagram so I am here. Why are most of them wearing the same helmets (with gold) but not Stoch?

Isn’t she? Borzois are particularly elegant and well natured.

@sociabledog.bsky.social We lost the beautiful Glacie back in October, and her dad didn’t expect ever to have another borzoi, but somehow, he now has a terrible teenager otherwise known as Kira who says “hi”!

@ianfindlaytv.bsky.social Help! What’s the gate number? The FIS app isn’t up to date!

@ianfindlaytv.bsky.social We have a commentator, but some of the top Austrians don’t seem to be there! 🎿⛷️🚡

However a bit annoying that you kept mentioning Rasnov when it wasn’t on TNT/ Eurosport!

Pat Atkin @bermudagirl26.bsky.social · 18/09/2025

@ianfindlaytv.bsky.social Great to hear you dulcet tones from Val Di Fiemme! No commentary was so miserable for Courchevel and Wisla!

Pat Atkin @bermudagirl26.bsky.social · 17/08/2025

@ianfindlaytv.bsky.social What a nightmare with the Summer Grand Prix since there's no commentary!

020 2

Pat Atkin @bermudagirl26.bsky.social · 09/08/2025

Back on Discovery + this morning!

020 2

Pat Atkin @bermudagirl26.bsky.social · 08/08/2025

@ianfindlaytv.bsky.social I know you said you wouldn’t prob be doing the summer ski jumping but wondered if you knew why the events from Courchevel had disappeared from the schedule?

Pat Atkin @bermudagirl26.bsky.social · 10/07/2025

Thanks for all that information! We actually have a game called rounders, played in schools. As far back as 1744 it was called base-ball but eventually changed to rounders and of course other versions of the game retained the name baseball. Btw, rounders started in Tudor times!

Pat Atkin @bermudagirl26.bsky.social · 10/07/2025

Thanks. Don’t know if it’s played much in the UK!

My friend has two dogs and would never ever put a lead on a collar. He's scared they could jerk their necks and hurt themselves.

Not for me. Luxembourg is mine and Ireland (who didn’t qualify for the final)

St. Andrews not far from me and they have cut the green fees down a lot!

I’ve seen that on the tv screen. Still, not the same as hearing the “Planica Song”! Hope to hear you for the summer grand prix! 😀

100 1

Pat Atkin @bermudagirl26.bsky.social · 30/03/2025

@ianfindlaytv.bsky.social I seem to remember they used to play a little tune at Planica when an athlete jumped over a certain distance. I can’t remember when I last heard it (if I am remembering correctly!) Maybe Jernej can clarify for me?

@ianfindlaytv.bsky.social Great result for the Austrians! Just one more event now. 😢Is it too soon to know if TNT Sports will cover the summer grand prix?

140 4

Pat Atkin @bermudagirl26.bsky.social · 28/03/2025

Thanks. Got a bit confused because the FIS app said there was qualifying on Sunday but didn’t give a time. Still, another early start!

000 0

Pat Atkin @bermudagirl26.bsky.social · 28/03/2025

@ianfindlaytv.bsky.social It’s going to be an early start for the team event tomorrow. 🙄Will there be qualifying on Sunday before the final competition of the season ?

140 4

Pat Atkin @bermudagirl26.bsky.social · 23/03/2025

The Austrians obviously decided that who did best in yesterday’s competition would represent them in today’s competition. Go Kraft!

040 4

Pat Atkin @bermudagirl26.bsky.social · 22/03/2025

@ianfindlaytv.bsky.social A good result for Kraft! 🙂 On to the Miami Masters and Jack Draper now!

Pat Atkin @bermudagirl26.bsky.social · 16/03/2025

Thanks for the mention. Not too bad a result for Kraft!

@ianfindlaytv.bsky.social 11 hours 5 minutes- John Isner v Nicola Mahut 2010 over three days! I remember it well!

Pat Atkin @bermudagirl26.bsky.social · 12/03/2025

@ianfindlaytv.bsky.social Well, have just seen the headline about the suspension of Lindvik & Forfang (and other Norwegian officials). Something to do with the suits. That's a shock!

@ianfindlaytv.bsky.social Did you see the photos on the FIS Ski Jumping Facebook page comparing 1997 and 2025 - Goldberger, Ahonen (actually smiling) and Harada? Andi Goldberger was my first favourite ski jumper when I discovered ski jumping way back in the day!

140 4

Pat Atkin @bermudagirl26.bsky.social · 07/03/2025

Thanks. Meant I popped off to Edinburgh for a wee bit of shopping today instead of some other day since there was no men’s ski jumping to watch!

Pat Atkin @bermudagirl26.bsky.social · 07/03/2025

@ianfindlaytv.bsky.social Has the men’s large hill qualifying bern changed from Friday to Saturday due to the weather?

120 2

Pat Atkin @bermudagirl26.bsky.social · 06/03/2025

Just checked Discovery +. Looks like you’re right as the programme starts at 15:45 UK time.

000 0

Pat Atkin @bermudagirl26.bsky.social · 06/03/2025

@ianfindlaytv.bsky.social A bit confused about when the men’s team event is due to start. I thought the time had been changed due to the weather, but the app gives it as 15:20 UK time. I thought it had been changed to later. 🤔

120 2

Pat Atkin @bermudagirl26.bsky.social · 01/03/2025

@ianfindlaytv.bsky.social We hardly get normal size hill competitions these days. The Olympics and the World Champs but I can’t really think of any other events. 🤔

130 3

Pat Atkin @bermudagirl26.bsky.social · 01/03/2025

Well, I was planning to cancel if I had to pay £30 a month, but at least I'm getting sport for half price for 7 months (I think). I couldn't be without my ski jumping, curling and tennis (Roland Garros.)

@ianfindlaytv.bsky.social A better weekend for Kraft, but of course not up to what we expect from him!
