One day, after the AI bubble pops and we can all recover from the economic fallout of that, can we *please* learn from out mistakes this time?

Ran the Sunless Citadel for some friends last night. Pretty great adventure, but I definitely prefer the 3e version better.

Now that they've cast the child actors for the HBO Harry Potter show, please please please nobody send death threats to these literal children. I'm not going to watch anything HP related, but the problem is JK and the adults who enable her, not child actors.

I am typing every stat block from the 5.2 SRD into markdown for my own use, and I have only gotten 11 out of 329.... This is gonna take a while.

@aquela.com I wanted to thank you for being involved in this book. I recently began rebuilding my childhood 3.5e collection, since most of my books were either burned or made to be given away. Now that I've gotten my favorite back, I would like to thank one of the authors!

Working on the new inserts for my DM screen, using information from the new 2024 rules, since some of the stuff I was using before was outdated. Sharing in case anybody can get some use out of this. #DnD #TTRPG #DnD2024

It's such a wild feeling when you're playing in a 5e session, and the DM names a random NPC the same name as one of your other friends.

Day 8: No #DnD #TTRPG I have 80+ pages of 3rd party content I have created for the 2024 rules that I cannot release until the SRD comes out. Come on WotC, it's free money.

Day 6: No #DnD #TTRPG In other news, Jeremy Crawford is joining Chris Perkins and Chris Cao in leaving WotC. Is there even anyone left working on D&D at this point who was there when they said they would release the 5.2 SRD?

Thoughts from any other TTRPG designers or homebrewers? I've been really inspired by @wildrosemage.bsky.social work on Tal'dorei reborn and with @worldsbeyondnumber.bsky.social. Typesetting something you designed is really fun actually. Who would have guessed!

I am interested in how I can portray a certain idea in a D&D game. Nations often rise and fall with the military conquests that surround them, and usually the new leaders of a nation are those who conquered. But warfare is a different skill-set than the logistics of running a country. 🧵 (1/?)
