On my birthday,7 October, I took advantage of the summer weather –which was quite unexpected for our area 🇩🇪– to spend a relaxing #nude afternoon by and in the pond at my #naturist club www.LBN-Duisburg.de Followed by a wonderful dinner with my wife at our favourite local restaurant. #GetNakedGermany

Caption: Thanks to the person who pointed out to me that NUDELAUFLAUF (=pasta bake) contains the word LAUF (=run) twice. I’ll never be able to read it normally again. ‘Nude lauf lauf’ is therefore clearly the Denglish (a mix of German+English) call to #NudeJogging😉! #FKK #Naturism #Nudism #Nudist

A square image shows a plate of pasta in the background, overlaid with large white German text. The text thanks the person who pointed out that the word “Nudelauflauf” (Nudelauflauf is the german word for „Pasta bake“) contains the word “Lauf” (Lauf is the german word for „Run“) twice, followed by the statement, “I will never be able to read it normally again.” A small white figure appears above the text between two horizontal lines. The right side includes a vertical “WEBFAIL.DE” label, while the bottom shows a Twitter handle and the website name.

Aa. Kellow wants nudist beaches banned after one unprepared visit. No actual assaults described, just sexualising normal interactions,Nudist beaches have clear respect rules! Her conclusion ignores millions practising naturism. She could've left when uncomfortable! needtoknow.co.uk/2026/08/13/i...

A two-part image shows, on the left, a close-up of a person with reddish-brown hair, wearing a black-and-white checked shirt and red earrings, with their hand resting on their chin. On the right, a person is standing on one leg in a grassy field; this person is wearing sunglasses, a red patterned outfit and black boots, against a blue sky. A white sign in the background reads ‘ATTENTION YOU MAY ENCOUNTER NUDE SUNBATHERS’. At the bottom of the image is the text: ‘“I want nudist beaches BANNED – call me a prude but they’re full of perverts who spoil Britain’s coast”’.

Well,when it’s this hot + there’s no AC in the office, you just have to take the initiative yourself. SpeechBubble: Okay Müller,working from home is approved Image:Mario Lars, www.schulzenhof.com #FKK #Freikörperkultur #Naturism #Nudism #Nudist #GetNakedGermany #NaturismusNeuErleben #EinfachMachen

The drawing shows an office with several desks, computers, monitors, a bookshelf and a noticeboard. On the left, a person wearing a white top and a grey skirt is standing in front of an open window with the blinds down; outside, a yellow sky with the sun is visible. A speech bubble reads: ‘OK Müller, working from home is approved’. On the right, a naked person is sitting on an office chair at a computer. In the background, two further screens displaying charts and text can be seen, as well as another employee at a workstation. The name ‘Mario Lars’ appears in the bottom right-hand corner.

The answer can truly only be a heartfelt YES! Especially with the current hot summer temperatures of well over 30°C during the day and tropical nights here in Germany - even more so since these temperatures are expected to remain this high for at least the next 10 days.🌞🌊 #Naturism #Nudism #Nudist

The image shows the back cover of a book titled Naturism 101. The background consists of a forest scene with tall tree trunks, ferns, and undergrowth in brown, green, and yellow tones. Several paragraphs of white text are placed over the forest image, describing the book’s content and purpose. On the right side, the title NATURISM 101 appears vertically in large yellow letters. Near the lower left section, there is a small rectangular portrait photograph of a man wearing a plaid shirt, standing outdoors. Next to the portrait is a biographical text about the author, Richard Betteridge. Along the lower right edge, the author’s name is printed vertically. At the bottom center of the cover, there is an ISBN number and a barcode. The overall layout combines text elements, a portrait, and a nature-themed background image.

These weeks were a deliberate digital detox—swapping screens for real encounters, talks, music, and unplugging. I found peace with friends, flowed with the moment, free from constant availability and info overload. The break refreshed me, reminding how vital such pauses are. 2/3

After a 14-day offline break, I'm back online. I spent a week on windswept Helgoland (helgoland.de/en), 30 km off Germany's North Sea coast. The highlight: the legendary 3-day punk rock festival “Rock’n’Roll Butterfahrt” (rocknrollbutterfahrt.de), turning the island into an energetic haven. 1/3

For a week now, we've had temperatures of around 20°C here. The sun has been shining brightly over the last few days and there has been hardly any wind. So I've taken advantage of the opportunity several times to ‘fill up’ on some vitamin D at the swimming pond of my nudist club www.lbn-duisburg.de.

27 Feb 26 sunny ~20C “Suns out, buns out!” = off on my bike and on to www.lbn-duisburg.de Unfortunately, it was too windy to enjoy the sun naked, cause the sun+wind were coming from the same direction, so no wind = shade. But the weather was good enough for a quick dip. First swim of 2026 is done.

The image shows a wide view of a park landscape with a pond in the center. In the foreground there is a strip of green grass bordered by low, leafless shrubs. Behind the shrubs lies the pond with calm water and a small platform or raft near its middle. On the right side, a paved path curves through the park, with benches and a blue rubbish bin along the edge. Leafless deciduous trees and some evergreen trees frame the background, and several small buildings or caravans are visible among them. The sky is clear and bright blue, with strong sunlight casting long shadows onto the grass.

The image depicts a bald man with a long white beard standing in shallow water near the edge of a pond. He is shirtless, with water reaching up to his chest, and his arms are partially submerged as he stands facing the camera. In the background, the pond extends to the left with reeds and vegetation along its banks, surrounded by leafless trees including pines and deciduous varieties. The sky is clear blue under bright sunlight. Small structures and a bench are visible in the distance on the right.
