Love @raycast.com and Craft? Then you’ll want to grab this new Craft CMS Docs extension, making it easier than ever to search Craft’s docs, KB, and glossary: www.raycast.com/bensomething/c… Nice work, @bensometh.ing 👏👏

Made some significant updates to my YouTube Thumbnail extension for Raycast: bms.so/yt-thumb • Added support for all available thumbnail sizes. • Added a History section for previous thumbnails. • Fixed a bunch of bugs and questionable decisions.

As @glastopedia.com passes 10,000 pages and with no festival until 2027, it seems like a good time to start thinking about a complete revamp. Years of adding new features while entire sections were held together by tape resulted in some fun additions, but like all of us, the site needs some love.

I'm sure it's not entirely surprisingly that my first attempt at an automated Bluesky account is @glasto.cam

Warning: this is *not* an April Fool’s Day joke. I was actually invited on a podcast to talk about @glastopedia.com

Ivan shared this screenshot of @notion.com's highly anticipated offline mode on 𝕏 and inadvertently leaked some strange new features.

Happy March 17th to those who celebrate. A few things to choose from: 🎂 My niece's birthday. 🇬🇧 The anniversary of my move to London. 🎪 100 days until Glastonbury. 🍀 Saint Patrick's Day.

Toying with the idea of pulling Bluesky posts into my site, because I definitely post a lot and also have very good posts.

It's been a very fun week building with @craftcms.com. A couple of client projects on the go, as well as a new side project I've been thinking about for ages. I'm excited to share more info soon!

Yeah! Accessibility is one thing I really want to start focusing on with the websites I've built, I've been too lazy with it.

110

Ben Smith @bensometh.ing · 27/11/2024

I'd be cautious about using accessibility overlays as a quick fix, the general consensus is that they kinda suck. Perhaps you could try a browser plugin that highlights accessibility issues instead? Like this one: silktide.com/toolbar

I should’ve trusted my gut after watching that trailer. Maybe wait until it’s streaming to save yourself the cost of seeing it at the movies. Or just rewatch the first one.

Apart from me, obviously, who has the best domain username on Bluesky?

It was almost impressive how lacking it was with a cast that strong.

My favourite part of Gladiator II was when the logo at the start transitioned into GLADIIATOR. My second favourite part was when the film ended and I could go home.

Bluesky lagging and my inability to post something correctly on the first try is not a great combo.

I used @samuel.bsky.team’s excellent Community Handles project to set up a Glastonbury version using glasto.me — Swifties can’t have all the fun.
