Despite showing promise in breast cancer survivors (link.springer.com/article/10.1...) iConquerFear doesn't seem suitable for women affected by ovarian cancer. We found limited engagement, varied acceptability, safety concerns & minimal group differences in FCR/P after iConquerFear use 2/4
