Dan Crenshaw lost in his Texas primary. This is not a win. He was one of only a few GOP who criticize Trump. Steve Toth, the state rep who beat him one of the most extreme-right wingers of the Texas. He will win the general election in the Texas 2nd. That situation just got worse for us, not better

I will say this: Charlie Kirk was about his OWN free speech. His organization was very much trying to suppress free speech for college and university faculty. As a university faculty member, it's important to me that he is not celebrated as a champion of free speech. He was anything but.

The lesson Democrats need to take from this is not to put up people with Zohran's politics on every ticket. Rather, it should be to put up the *right* candidates for each election. We can win in Omaha, but not with Zohran. We can win in NY but not with Cuomo. We're not a monolith.
