I’ve not been here for anything other than business for about 30 years when my then girlfriend’s father was working at NATO. So it’s all been a lot of EU related wonkery in more recent times. I did get to Magritte and Beaux Arts earlier this year, which was a nice interlude.

It will be the perfect souvenir from that trip when I got soaked to my skin in Brussels.

Morning. Managed to get lost in Brussels last night looking for hotel (which was in full sight of railway station) 🙄 Not a great start to trip. Hoping for better today. And that perhaps el Cholo gets to come home today. HAGD all.

Morning Cats, morning all. More positive news on the Cholo front. Immediate threat of surgery receding, and medical treatment continuing. A risk because they still don’t know root cause, but hopefully a better route for him. Perhaps two more days in 🏥 Brussels later (me). Hope you all have good day

Yes. He has a very full range of anxieties. But he lives a fairly quiet life here which is what he likes best we think. Also: he loves swimming.

Good luck!! She looks lovely. We’re fairly sure one of ours spent some time in a bin as a youngster. He’d pull you off your feet to get away from them.

Morning all. We should find out today if Cholo needs surgery. He’s responding to treatment and is OK in himself but they still need to identify the cause of his problem. Wishing everyone a good day.
