Lukewarm take: We should frame it as people who do preventative care should get a discount. i.e. here's the most risky human there is, this is the base rate you aren't as risky, here's your discount based on the things you do.

maybe like PPR point per reception league. PPPI point per pass interference. 1 point to the qb and 1 point to the receiver for a dpi. No points for yards, negative points for the defense per 10 yards of dpi penalty. point for the def on opi, negative 1 point for qb and receiver.

NCAA can just rule that the last play wasn't legal, didn't officially happen, and award the win to Western Michigan. unlike other blown calls, this one can be reversed without impact to the game. Also suspend the referees in question pending investigation.

I love this framing, but in reality we treat developers of our internal platforms like users, and not customers, because most enterprise developers cannot behave as customers, and are forced to use whatever the platform engineering team gives them.

I don't mind datacenters like the ones google and meta are putting in at 435N and 169. next to existing power, not next to existing residential, etc. Happy to see the council recognize that hyperscale datacenters are essentially Heavy Industrial use for noise and utility issues.

generally you can use the number of how far you can hear cheers from large stadiums. (up to 3 miles) because humans together produce audio interference because we all yell at different frequencies, you don't meaningfully get much by adding more and more people.
