I think we need an annual ritual to celebrate the end of every fiscal year. we symbolically sacrifice the world's richest person and redistribute all of it. He gets a choice of a classic chopping or being made unrecognizable, given a new ID, and dropped off with the van of just-released prisoners.

Pipeline explosion in San Juan County, Tuesday... same day as pipeline explosion in Lea County that left 2 dead. That no one was killed in San Juan is a miracle... but the roaring methane/NOX pollution fm both explosions will have devastating and long lasting health and environmental consquences.
