well found the tester and someone has mixed up T-568A and T-568B.... Whatever, back on track now on one of two wall sockets. Need to wait before I can do the one for the living room as TV is in use. Thanks @technotim.bsky.social for pushing me to finally take action on my side.

nevermind, I am using the Intel x710 SFP ports and the realtek one is the 2.5Gbe ( Minisforum MS-A2 ). Thought it was the other way around.

Ohh minisforum! I got my MS-A2 delivered yesterday. Haven’t booted it yet. Building 10 inch minirack nr2 for it so i can separate my test and prod stuff.
