Max @bemble4ever.bsky.social · 21/01/2026Tried to see the northern lights yesterday, took a pretty long exposure to get them into a pic (pretty sure most of it is just light pollution from the next city), for the naked eye they were barely visible. 010
Max @bemble4ever.bsky.social · 31/01/2025The last two comics that i have read in January were JSA 3 and DC’s Lex And The City, enjoyed both. My plan was to take a slower approach to comic reading this year, and i did that, still read 120 comics this month. #comics 050
Max @bemble4ever.bsky.social · 27/01/2025My dad found this old Star Wars Rubrik’s Cube in my old room. #starwars 040
Max @bemble4ever.bsky.social · 27/01/2025I caught up with Batman on DCUI and have read up to issue 155. I really like Failsafe and Zur-En-Arrh, but for my personal taste, this whole thing went on for too long. That said I still enjoyed reading it. #comics 030
Max @bemble4ever.bsky.social · 22/01/2025My LCS had this book by @manruss.bsky.social and @shannonwheeler.bsky.social laying next cash register, just had to buy it. One chapter in and I absolutely love it. 360
Max @bemble4ever.bsky.social · 20/01/2025Currently catching up with Batman and have just read the issues 126 to 136, the fight against Failesafe was great and Bruce’s multiversal adventure following it too. Batman using shark repellent spray against a jokerfied space shark is something i didn’t expect ever to see. #comics 042
Max @bemble4ever.bsky.social · 20/01/2025Started the week by finishing Dark Knights of Steel Allwinter (issues 3 to 6), enjoyed it quite a lot, the black and white with the sparing use of colour was really cool. The back up story featuring the young Aquaman and the Kents was also pretty good. #comics 000
Max @bemble4ever.bsky.social · 18/01/2025The first comic of the weekend was Green Lantern / Green Arrow Worlds Finest Special, really liked it and i’m really tempted to read the story with The New Teen Titans 2 from 1980. Pretty cool idea to do a prequel for a 44 year old comic. #comics 020
Max @bemble4ever.bsky.social · 16/01/2025Earlier today i have read New Gods 1 and it was really good. 020
Max @bemble4ever.bsky.social · 15/01/2025The Question All Along The Watchtower continues strong, this comic would be an amazing TV show. #comics 020
Max @bemble4ever.bsky.social · 14/01/2025Deep in the swamps you can sometimes hear the howls of the cursed soldiers who fell here during the first great war, fighting against the forces of Poxxus. A dark spell turned the once noble soldiers into hollow husks filled with an unstoppable rage. #mythiclegions #toyphotography 150
Max @bemble4ever.bsky.social · 11/01/2025Got the DnD Set from Lego yesterday, i’m two bags into the built #Lego #DnD 0104
Max @bemble4ever.bsky.social · 07/01/2025Couldn’t sleep so i read The Sandman, don’t know what it is but i really like comics set in the first half of the 20th century, might be the absence of modern technology or it’s just because i watched a lot of black and white gangster movies as a teenager. #comics 140
Max @bemble4ever.bsky.social · 05/01/2025just came back home from a lunch and MTG Commander match with friends at a pub, definitely need to do this more often (according to my friends it’s not nice to turn 18 1/1 tokens into 6/6 tokens with trample, so i should probably change the deck a bit) 030
Max @bemble4ever.bsky.social · 04/01/2025I planned to take a slower approach to comic reading this year, but today i have read every issue of the current Poison Ivy run that was available on DCUI, the twenty eight regular issue plus the two Knight Terrors tie ins, pretty good read, Jannet from HR is a great character. #comics 030
Max @bemble4ever.bsky.social · 04/01/2025After catching up with Birds of Prey it felt logical to start the new Batgirl run, it’s very good so far. 010
Max @bemble4ever.bsky.social · 03/01/2025I have read the current Birds of Prey run up to issue 16, i’m absolutely in love with this comic, it’s its everything I love in comics, the right amount of silliness and darker more serious situations. Hadn’t expected Barda to become my favourite character of the team, totally fascinated by her. 010
Max @bemble4ever.bsky.social · 25/12/2024 It only seemed right that comic number 1000 for this year should be a christmas comic, so i have read Batman - Santa Claus Silent Knight Returns today, loved it. 1002 comics read in 2024 #comics 010
Max @bemble4ever.bsky.social · 24/12/2024🎶Santa Claus is slaying to town🎶 Happy Holidays!!! Almost went crazy taking this pic, getting Santa to stand on the shield while the orcs keep standing took me an eternity (at least it felt like it). #mythiclegions #toyphotography 121
Max @bemble4ever.bsky.social · 19/12/2024completely forgot that i ordered this… well this was my most expensive LCS visit in a long time. 000

Max @bemble4ever.bsky.social · 30/11/2024Saw that Resident Alien is on Global Comix and started reading it, i really enjoyed the first season of the show (must watch the rest), the comic is really solid and i will read the rest of it. 864 comics read in 2024, 136 to go. 020
Max @bemble4ever.bsky.social · 27/11/2024Just finished reading Absolute Womder Woman 2, and it continues as strong as issue 1 ended, still my favourite Absolute title. 858 comics read in 2024, 142 to go. 121
Max @bemble4ever.bsky.social · 27/11/2024On Monday i have read the Last Mermaid by Derek Kirk Kim, bought the trade after reading the first issue on Global Comix and was totally blown away by it. It’s about a mermaid and her axolotl companion in a mech suit wandering through a post apocalyptic wasteland. #WeReadsComics 020
Max @bemble4ever.bsky.social · 22/11/2024There are so many artists that i would consider my favourite (i’m really bad at deciding), so here’s one that isn’t talked about enough, Erik Kriek, this page is from In The Pines - Murder Ballads. The book has 5 short stories based on songs about murders, the german version came with a CD. 020
Max @bemble4ever.bsky.social · 21/11/2024i don’t want to complain about snow in November, but i’m not amused, a degree colder and my beard freezes and i have to drive 400km tomorrow… 000
Max @bemble4ever.bsky.social · 20/11/2024Today i contiued to read Nightwing, really enjoying this run so far. 851 comics read in 2024, 149 to go. 010
Max @bemble4ever.bsky.social · 19/11/2024My workplace for the next days is high above the roofs of Munich, pretty cool to see the mountains at the horizon, but the express elevator might be my archenemy. 020
Max @bemble4ever.bsky.social · 18/11/2024Read a bunch of comics today, my favourites were Redcoat issue 7, which made me very sad, and The Incredible Hulk issue 15. Currently trying to read one thousand single issues this year and i’m at 844. 000
Max @bemble4ever.bsky.social · 17/11/2024Didn’t had good enough internet to play anything online before my early twenties, but my internet addiction started with a very disturbing show. (still played a couple hundred hours of Diablo 2) 000
Max @bemble4ever.bsky.social · 12/05/2024Got up last night in the hope to see the northern lights, unfortunately i only saw light pollution, but used the chance to try out my camera at night. 040
Max @bemble4ever.bsky.social · 07/02/2024Hey my name is Max and i’m addicted to DWJ comics. I was craving for more after reading Wonder Woman Dead Earth earlier today, so i decided to read Extremity 272 of 1000 comics read in 2024 010
Max @bemble4ever.bsky.social · 07/02/2024Thought i start my last vacation day with something big, so i finally read DCEASED War Of The Undead Gods and oh man this was an amazing finale for one of my favourite Elseworld stories. Now that this is finished i’m exactly at 250 comics that i have read in 2024, 750 to reach my goal for this year 011
Max @bemble4ever.bsky.social · 12/01/2024with christmas gone i thought it was time to turn buff Santa into buff sorcerer 000
Max @bemble4ever.bsky.social · 01/01/2024Just read my first comic for this year. The third Second Coming arc was great, can’t wait to see how the story continues. Last year i was a bit sloppy by keeping up with my to read pile, so i decided to do my 1000 single issues challenge from 2022 again. 6 of 1000 in 2024 000
Max @bemble4ever.bsky.social · 31/12/2023Last squirrel visit of the year, hope the little bird food thief doesn’t get too scared by the fireworks today 000
