City Hall about two decades ago. That red wedding dress cost $9.99. In my rush I misread the label, thought it was $99. Imagine our frugal Asian delight when it rang up for about 10 dollars. Was too focused on my career at the time to organize a wedding. So I chose to opt out of the fuss.

There is a Korean shamanism exhibition at the National Folk Museum of Korea in Seoul that is just incredible. A lot of information, cultural artifacts, historical notes, access to both centuries old and modern media on the subject. Here's just one of several displays.
