Looks like Krafton are set to lose $250m ;)

Housing: they COOKED. Instant feel of extreme polish. Packed full of character. God tier UI that's hyper-usable. This feel like the best of Blizzard was. Well done devs.

I use 300mcg of Melatonin 3 hours before bed. Has been very helpful in maintaining a schedule! In the US, it's often sold at massive doasages like 3mg, 5mg or 10mg. That stuff's counter productive.

Stunned how much I'm getting out of the 8Sleep. I pulled the trigged because of their returns policy, and I'm keeping it because I'm getting objective & subjective ROI. Has a compounding effect on general good sleep hygiene - very motivating.

Oh dear. There's a legit Norwegian Forest Cat breeder in Northern Ireland. It may finally be cat time. My apt is a duplex, so it'd be pretty dope for a cat. Could make loads of cat runs etc.

Year end weight loss update! 235lbs > 201lbs. Mostly over the last 2 months, but the 235 max was over the summer when stress levels were absurd. Next step: 170. Then the lifting begins in earnest.

Comparing our position from 2023 to 2024 is simply unreal. All metrics of health (performance, team morale, creative fire) are drastically improved. For the first time in a long time, I'm excited for the new year in a 'raw' sense. Not a 'psych myself up for battle' sense.

Eternally grateful for my team. The lads have rallied around, worked hard together, and we're in so much more healthy a place. Feels good. For the first time in a long time, I'm looking forward to the new year without fear, anxiety or trepidation.

Continually impressed by Path of Exile 2. These boss fights are bloody good! It shines as a game, not just BRRRRR NUMBER GO UP. Top marks from me so far.

Okay, time for hair transplant round 2. Since @preachgaming.bsky.social & I got ours, it seems tech has moved forward and costs have came down. There's a new version of FUE that uses a special pen. Upshot is the surgeon doesn't have to make implantation incisions - the pen handles it.

New sofa. We gaming. …I really need to swap that silly Ikea painting and buy some decor... Next step is to make the best gamepad mode WoW UI I possibly can. (ConsolePort, Plumber, DialogueUI & a few others).

Here's a peak behind the curtain... Generally, videos need a hook / thesis. For this PoE video, my focus is on how the conditions of development matter. Meaning... - Game team ownership over decision making - High level financial incentives At it's core, it's very charitable D4's devs. 🧵

Happy Monday everyone. Bodyslam this week into oblivion, show it who's boss. 💪 We're cooking up December's videos. Lots of lore, 11.0.7 guides, and a hell of a news channel lineup. The team & I are better planned and prepared than ever before.

Yessir! - External circumstances led to me working 6-7 days a week to stay financially solvent. I ended those circumstances! - Evening journaling practice. - Changed media diet (more music, less 'info-noise') - Deprogramming stress responses borne of trauma. - Going the fuck to sleep!

Weight loss update! I'm now 209.4lbs on the scale. Started this leg at 222. I think my heaviest was around 235. Still hitting a 1000 calorie deficit with ease. Which is insane to me. Subjectively, this is far easier than previous 500 calorie deficits. Feels sustainable?

Production update! Even though two of the writing team had a flu, and I've now got a cough, we're somehow far more ahead of schedule than normal! This 'feels' like a Friday, but it's actually Thursday lmao.

Just about no-one knows the external pressure we were under until recently. Eventually, you need to fundamentally change things or risk going under.

Giant upside to our internal re-org. We now have Warcraft content planned from now until December 26th. I'm so glad we stopped to take a breath and change how we work. We are now able to ship more videos & better videos (more production time), while being less stressed.

Does anyone have a recommendation for cross posting between X and Bluesky? I want to main Bluesky, but still have a positive impact on the signal to noise ratio on X.
