A keto breakfast can be fun, and much tastier than a bowl full of carbs with sugar on top. I took last night’s leftover onions, peppers, and mushrooms with a bit of smoked sausage mixed in ; and covered it with scrambled eggs.I topped it off with some shredded cheese. A yummy way to start your day!
