Seems I’m condemned to almost constant night terrors. If I sleep ordinarily, I have nightmares due to airway blockage triggering stress and adrenaline to wake me up. If I use nasal spray to help me breathe, it in turn triggers nightmares because apparently that’s a side effect I’m getting from it 😭
