Hot cocoa bribe for my daughter because we walked all the way up to the door of the library before seeing it's closed today for Lincoln's birthday. Tantrum averted. If you know the difference (and me), only I get the actual hot chocolate. A 6 yr old's palate is perfectly happy with hot cocoa.

I always enjoy #mentoring, but I super double down on it when things get rough or scary. Sharing my experiences *AND* learning from someone with a different industry/perspective/generation keeps me optimistic, engaged, and fired up. Anyone else using mentoring to stay inspired? #MosaicMentoring

I love the idea of a Social 5-a-Day! Considering ideal social connection like we consider ideal vegetable intake. Relationships are a strong predictor of health & longevity, so we should focus on meaningful interactions, too. In this remote work, online dating, and food delivery era, we need this!
Screenshot of LinkedIn post that reads:

"Have you had your social five-a-day?

Like vegetables and greens, social connection is vital for our health and longevity. And, just like vegetables, we aren't hardwired to seek it out: because connection, like greens, used to be everywhere.

Make sure you connect with at least five people today in a meaningful way."

Saw a few articles in the LinkedIn news feed I wanted to read, but one jumped out at me saying "READ ME FIRST!!!". If you know me, you completely understand this prioritization. It's interesting and all, but this will have ZERO impact on my purchasing habits. Carry on.
